Obituary on newspaper clipping found in Elizabeth Jane Bailey Bible:

Sister Fannie Bailey (nee Shell) was born Jan. 26, 1792, near Roanoke Chapel, N.C. and died Dec. 13, 1882, at the residence of her son-in-law, Henry Potter, Esq., in Nevada County, Ark. The deceased had been a member of the Methodist Church for seventy-five years, during which long period she developed and exhibited all the 'fruits of the Spirit.' Her last words were words of exultation over death. I think her last word on earth was "Glory" and I expect that it was her first in the "new bright world."
