Thomas is listed as age 46, a farmer, born in NC; Martha J. is age 30, born in TN. Children John, David, Alfred, Lewis, Margaret, Jane, Arabella, William H, Wallace W, Albert O are listed, all of children by Delilah born in GA, children by Martha born in AL.
It is said that later in his life, Thomas Jefferson Evans was a Baptist preacher who traveled around to various churches in the area of Harrison, AR.
