Notes for Pleasant J. Hickman

Based on the 1850 census, I believe Pleasant stayed in Greenville County, South Carolina until some between 1830 and 1834. His last child born in South Carolin was born about 1830 and the first born in Tennessee was born in 1834. According to records of their land purchases, Pleasant's brothers, Aaron, Copeland, and Lewis moved with their father to Georgia from Greenville County about 1824.
